Jeff- Let's face reality, the NFL Management Council are semtars at spin doctoring. They control billions, dangle the golden carrot under our noses with professionally orchestrated rhetoric that we've heard over and over for years. Rhetoric implemented to better enhance their image in both the print and electronic media to show fans nationwide they truly are caring and sympathetic toward the plight of the pre 93 retirees. After all the syncopated b.s., their underlying mantra still exists: delay, deny and hope they die.
